Governance and CSR Strategy
The Board of Directors is responsible for approving the CSR Policy, while the CSR Committee formulates and administers it. The CSR activities may be:
- Implemented directly by Polymatech,

Polymatech is committed to earmarking the required percentage of its profits for CSR activities, as mandated by law. Any surplus generated from CSR projects will be reinvested into CSR initiatives and will not form part of business profits.
Implementation of CSR Programmes
Our CSR activities may be carried out through:
- Self-implementation by relevant HR or CSR departments,
- Implementation partners such as registered public trusts, societies, or Section 8 companies,
- Polymatech’s own foundation (if applicable),
- Strategic alliances with other organizations to ensure effective execution.
Each CSR project will have clear goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes to ensure transparency and impact.
Monitoring and Reporting
Polymatech follows a robust and transparent monitoring framework for all CSR initiatives. The CSR Committee ensures that:
- Objectives are based on assessed societal needs,
- Projects have measurable targets and defined timelines,
- Progress is monitored regularly and reported to the Board,
- Compliance is maintained with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable CSR Rules.
Periodic impact assessments and reporting mechanisms help in reviewing the success and alignment of CSR projects with our broader mission.
At Polymatech, we are committed to making a difference — building a future where corporate growth and social good go hand in hand.
